INFORMATION:
Villa Vicuña Hotel Boutique was built by its owners as
the result of their eagerness to build a residence in such
a beautiful town, surrounded by colourful mountains full
of vineyards out of which the most famous an exquisite wine
of the Valle Calchaquí in the north-east area of Argentina
is produced; "Torrontés".
This property, located in Cafayate, Salta offers, unlike
other boutique hotels, a first-class lodging, excellent service
and a unique architecture. It has been merely designed
to have fun and relax. Its owners first lived in this properety
and as they realized that the whole area was of great touristic
interest they decided to turn it into a bed & breakfast boutique
hotel. They combined the natural wonders of the place with
their own experience of having travelled around the world
and took the challange of organising this private enterprise
to share it with all their love.
Villa Vicuña Boutique Hotel is strategically located. It
is close to the main square and two blocks away from the wine
shops and restaurants. It is in the heart of the historic
area of Cafayate, a town that became famous for producing
the best Argentine wines.
You can get ther from Salta city along a 180-kilometer road
that goes through "Quebrada de las Conchas" which has an
incredible landscape. You can stop to photograph different
rocky formations known as: Garganta del Diablo, El Monje,
El Sapo y El Anfiteatro. There are many nearby touristic
places to visit like: Cachi, Molinos, San Carlos, Ruinas de
los Quilmes and Tafí del Valle.
The hotel has 12 spacious, quiet and comfortable rooms. Each
one with a door to the colonial patio, private bathroom with
